Apartment 724, Balaia Golf Village - Rental charges for holiday lets

The cost of renting the apartment is based on four people sharing. The tarrifs listed below include:

water and electricity charges
end-of-stay maid cleaning service
use of the apartment's air-conditioning
mid-week change of towels
weekly change of bed-linen for stays over one week

Maid service is also provided midweek. If there are less than four guests the charge will be slightly reduced and similarly increased for more than four guests. This is to reflect the reduced or increased laundry charges.

Rates are all-inclusive and are based on 4 people occupying the apartment. If there are fewer than 4 people the rate is reduced by £11 for each person fewer than 4, to reflect the lower laundry requirements. The laundry package includes a mid-week change of towels and, in the case of stays of two or more weeks, a change of bed-linen and towels at the end of each week.
